WMAY’s Last Night-in-Sports Report: 03/28/2023

Despite 5 players scoring in double figures the Chicago Bulls fell in LA last night to the Clippers 124-112 the final. The Clippers hit 20 3-pointers in the contest. Zach LaVine led the way with 23 pts for the Bulls in the loss. The Bulls currently sit in 10th place in the Eastern Conference good for the final play in spot. The Bulls return home to the United Center tomorrow night to host the LA Lakers.

The NCAA Women’s basketball Final Four is set. In one national semifinal, Caitlin Clark and the Iowa Hawkeyes take on the #1 team in the tourney the South Carolina Gamecocks. In the other National Semifinal LSU battles Virginia Tech. The women’s Final Four gets underway Friday night.

In the NHL tonight, the Chicago Blackhawks host the Dallas Stars at the United Center. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:30p CT. Elsewhere the St. Louis Blues host the Vancouver Canucks at the Enterprise Center. Puck drop scheduled for 7p CT
