MLB baseball playoffs last night, another 100 win team was eliminated as the Arizona Diamondbacks defeated the LA Dodgers 4-2 to seep the series three games to none.

The D-backs hit 4 homers in the 3rd inning, becoming the first team in MLB postseason history to accomplish such a feat. The D-backs now advance to the NLCS, where they await the winner of the Atlanta Braves vs. Philadelphia Phillies series.

Speaking of that series, the Phillies lead it two games to 1 thanks to an easy 10-2 win yesterday. Bryce Harper and Nic Castellanos both homered twice for the Phils in the victory. The Phillies can close the series out tonight in Philly.

In the AL last night, the Houston Astros advanced to another ALCS as they defeated the Minnesota Twins 3-2 to win the series three games to 1. The Astros will take on the Texas Rangers in the ALCS

Plus, in the NHL last night, Connor Bedard scored his first career goal for the Chicago Blackhawks, and that would be the only goal the Hawks would score as they fell to the Bruins in Boston 3-1. The Hawks are in Montreal on Saturday to take on the Canadians.

The St. Louis Blues open their season tonight in Dallas as they take on the Stars. Puck drop scheduled for 7 p.m. CT
