Hi, it’s Sarah! My son is turning 13 in a few weeks (crazy), and we always throw a big party complete with BBQ ribs. We bought them in the past, but this year we might make them. Here’s an excellent recipe for them. Try it out!
INGREDIENTS:
pork rib, 2 racks
salt, 1 tbsp
pepper, 1 tbsp
garlic powder, 1 tbsp
paprika, 1 tbsp
dried oregano, 1 tbsp
BBQ sauce, 1 bottle
DIRECTIONS:
Lay ribs on large baking tray
Pour half BBQ sauce on ribs. Coat evenly
Transfer ribs to slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4
Remove ribs and transfer to to wire rack set over foil-lined baking sheet
Paint ribs with additional BBQ sauce
Broil high for 5-8 minutes
Remove and cut between bones to separate individual ribs
Serve with additional BBQ sauce
