This week, we welcomed back the CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Illinois, Tiffany Mathis-Posey. She is our self care guru, and let me tell you, she doesn’t disappoint.
One thing that has always impressed us about Tiffany, is how she continues to make room for self care with such a busy schedule. Not only is she the CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs, she is a mother, a wife, a community leader, multiple board member – just to name a few.
This week, we caught up with her on all her goings on with her and her husbands work. We also talk about hair care – specifically for black women. Not a ton of people realize the difference between white and black hair!
