The City of Springfield Department of Public Works has a full month of opportunities and activities during April, which is Earth Month.
Every Saturday in April, the city has assured the community that there will be chances for new experiences and fun.
The City of Springfield has partnered with various groups for fun and educational experiences for everyone: Saturday, April 6, has the Winter Famers Market at Union Square Park from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
There, you will be able to talk to the Springfield Bicycle Advisory Council and learn more about bicycle routes in Springfield, as well as get a preview of events for Earth Awareness Month!
