The year is ending, and there are plenty of available dogs and cats to adopt at the APL! What I love about the New Year is it offers us a chance to reset, start over, or try something new. I would ask that if you are looking at starting something new, consider adopting yourself a furry best friend.
There are so many amazing animals that are currently at the APL and need a home. Having just looked at the available animals, they have a great variety of young to old and different breads. Also, after fostering these animals, the APL is able to get great data on the different animals in terms of behavior and how they get along with other household pets. This makes the adoption process a lot smoother knowing what kind of animal you might be adopting.
I have personally met a lot of these animals, and let me tell you, they have so much love. You can tell all they want/need is a forever home where they can feel love and be comfortable. This season, consider adding an animal to your family. I can promise they will bring you joy if you let them!
