A new agreement has been hammered out between Blue Cross-Blue Shield and Springfield Clinic. The agreement means Springfield Clinic doctors will return to the health insurance network.
The agreement — which is scheduled to start January first — will remain in effect for five years. Springfield Clinic doctors will now be considered in-network for anyone with Blue Cross-Blue Shield insurance.
