City Water, Light and Power lineworkers competed at the annual Lineworker’s Safety Rodeo and took home some hardware.
CWLP competed against 17 other teams from around the state at the event held at Lincoln Land Community College, which highlights the skills lineworkers use.
The team of Gavin Knoles, Joseph Owens, and Camden Swearingen earned 1st place in the H-structure obstacle course and 2nd place in the pole top rescue, while Swearingen and Jared Wells took home individual honors.
