Memorial Health hospitals to offer free mammograms to all women regardless of insurance coverage across October

Memorial Health has announced that it will offer free mammograms at all five Memorial Health hospitals during October for women aged 40 and older who are uninsured or underinsured.

Appointments are required; no walk-ins are available. Educational information on general breast health and how to perform breast self-exams will be available.

To schedule an appointment, call one of the numbers listed below. The following hospitals will offer free mammograms:

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The American Cancer Society recommends all women 40 years of age or older have screening mammograms annually. Breast cancer is the second-leading cause of cancer death among women in the United States.
