If you want tickets to Illinois State Fair Grandstand shows, but aren’t a big fan of Ticketmaster, you’ll have another option for tickets later this week.
The Grandstand box office opens Thursday for in-person ticket purchases. In addition to this year’s Grandstand lineup, which includes Alanis Morrisette, REO Speedwagon, Tim McGraw, and Nelly, among others, you can also purchase tickets for other fair events like the rodeo, demolition derby, and truck and tractor pulls.
The box office will be open 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday and 9 am to 1 pm Saturdays; tickets are also still available through ticketmaster.com.
