Expect some downtown traffic disruptions in order to make way for the Fat Ass 5K.
As of noon Friday, 7th Street is closed from Jefferson to Adams, and Washington is closed from 6th to 9th for early events associated with the race and street party. Those roads will remain closed until 6 pm Saturday.
Additional road closures for the race itself will take place Saturday morning along the race route, but those roads will reopen before noon.
