As per the AP and numerous other sources, former Vice President of the United States Mike Pence is being compelled by a federal judge to testify regarding the conversations that he had with former President Donald J Trump in the lead-up to the January 6, 2021, attempted insurrection at the national capital in Washington D.C.
This will be considered a victory of the United States Justice of Department’s Special Council Jack Smith – although the Pence team is considering whether to appeal to decision.
