NCAA Men’s tournament Sweet 16 action last night the final Big Ten team alive in the tourney, Michigan State, was eliminated as they fell to Kansas State in overtime 98-93. Elsewhere Florida Atlantic upended Tennessee 62-55, UConn blew out Arkansas 88-65, and Gonzaga came all the way back from down 13 at halftime to beat UCLA on a three pointer by Julian Strather with less than 10 seconds left to go in the game 84-81. The Sweet 16 continues tonight.

NBA tonight the Chicago Bulls are in Portland to take on the Trailblazers. Tip-off scheduled for 9p CT

On the ice last night the Chicago Blackhawks were blown out in DC by the Capitals 6-1 the final. Nikita Zaitsev scored the Hawks lone goal in the contest. The Hawks are in Minnesota tomorrow to take on the Wild.

In Detroit last night the St. Louis Blues hung on for a 4-3 victory over the Red Wings. 4 different Blues scored in the contest. The Blues are in Anaheim tomorrow night to take on the Ducks.
