It was a night the Chicago Blackhawks would like to soon forget as they were shut out in Colorado last night by the Avalanche 5-0 the finals. Alex Stalock let in all five Colorado goals to take the loss in the net. The Hawks are in DC Thursday night to take on the Capitals.

On the ice tonight the St. Louis Blues host the Detroit Red Wings at the Enterprise Center. Puck drop is scheduled for 7p CT.

NBA last night it took 2 overtimes, but the Chicago Bulls went into Philadelphia and beat the 76ers 109-105. Zach Lavine led 5 Bulls in double figures with 26. Nikola Vucevic chipped in with a double-double of 21 pts and 12 rebs in the victory. The win puts the Bulls at 34-37 on the season and in 10th place in the Eastern Conference 2 games ahead of the Washington Wizards and just a game back of the 8th-place Atlanta Hawks. The Bulls will take on the Philadelphia 76ers again tomorrow night however, this time it will be at the United Center.
