A 16-year-old has been charged in the shooting death of another teen in Decatur earlier this week.
The shooting Monday night claimed the life of 13-year-old Marquez Otis of Decatur. He died when he was shot in the chest and upper arm.
An investigation led authorities to charge the 16-year-old with involuntary manslaughter.
The name of the teen suspect was not released.
