Time is running out to see the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum’s exhibit about survivors of genocide.
“Stories of Survival: Object. Image. Memory” was put together in consultation with the Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center. The exhibit closes on January 22nd.
It will be replaced this spring by a new exhibit, “Here I Have Lived: Home in Illinois,” which tells the story of how various people made homes and lives for themselves in the state. The new exhibit opens March 23rd.
