Ticket sales from Governor JB Pritzker’s second inaugural next week will go to support two charitable organizations… including the Central Illinois Foodbank in Springfield.
Pritzker will be sworn in for his second term next Monday at the BOS Center, and will hold an inaugural ball that night at the Illinois State Fairgrounds. Proceeds will be split between the foodbank… where Pritzker will volunteer Saturday at a community service event… and the Jesse White Foundation, established by the outgoing Secretary of State to help at-risk youth and low-income students.
