Comedy will fill the last open slot on the Illinois State Fair Grandstand lineup.
Fair officials have booked Trevor Noah, the host of Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show,” to appear in the Grandstand on Friday, August 19th. In addition to his Comedy Central show, Noah was written and starred in eleven comedy specials. State fair officials say the addition of Noah rounds out what they call the most diverse Grandstand lineup in years.
Tickets for Trevor Noah’s performance start at $43, up to a Blue Ribbon Zone ticket for $110. Those tickets go on sale next Thursday, June 23rd, at the fair box office and through Ticketmaster.
