An online car seller is once again allowed to operate in Illinois, with some restrictions.
Carvana’s license to sell vehicles in the state was suspended by the Secretary of State’s office after numerous complaints over delays in processing title and registration documents.
Illinois is now lifting the suspension and allowing Carvana to sell to Illinois consumers, but it must use a third-party company licensed by the state to process title and registration documents.
