The 21st Mayor’s Awards For The Arts are coming up on Monday night at the Hoogland Center For The Arts at 5:30pm.
The awards will be presented by both the Springfield Area Arts Council and Mayor Jim Langfelder, who also appointed the committee voting on the winners.
