The man credited with the creation of “shock rock” in the 1970s is bringing his tour to the BOS Center in Springfield in October.

Alice Cooper built his reputation not just on hit songs like “School’s Out” and “No More Mr. Nice Guy,” but also with his concert theatrics, including snakes, fake blood, and mock torture devices on stage. Cooper will appear in Springfield on October 1st.

Tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday at 10am, and VIP packages are also available.
