What an amazing summer it has been in the capital city! The Levitt Amp Music Series was a HUGE reason why! I mean, downtown Springfield has been the place to be every Thursday evening.
This is the final week of Levitt Amp, and you get two shows this week instead of one!
Tomorrow (Wednesday Aug 3rd, 2022), Davina and the Vagabonds will bless the stage- a show was originally postponed due to weather. Ya know, I hear DATV shows are high energy and also a unique blend of New Orleans charm, Memphis soul swagger, dark theatrical moments that evoke Kurt Weill, and tender gospel passages! Sounds like a great time to me!
Thursday, Levitt Amp will end its summer run with the likes of The Harlem Gospel Travelers! A whole lot of soul, while delivering the good word!
