A New Jersey bakery has a brand new line of bagels that will have alcoholics salivating. Fireball Whiskey Bagels!
The Bagel Nook in Freehold, New Jersey posted on their official Instagram a new menu item, the Fireball Bagel. According to Delish, the inventor of the bagel, Alex Berkowitz, pours the whiskey into the dough prior to baking it. Then, once it’s pulled from the oven, a cinnamon-whiskey glaze made from reduced Fireball to coat the exterior of the bagel.
