Have a prettier looking carved turkey in three easy steps:
- Let the turkey cool a bit before you carve it – otherwise the meat will just fall apart and all those flavorful juices will run away
- When it is time to carve, start with the legs. With your chef’s knife, use the point to push down on the thigh to separate the leg from the body
- Locate the breast bone and slice downward on one side of it, as close the bone as possible.
