Prior to Game 2 between the Chicago Cubs and the Cleveland Indians, Charlie Sheen threw on his vintage Indians jersey & black glasses to become Rick ‘Wild Thing’ Vaughn.
Filmed in the living room of the actor, the Major League star stands up during his character’s entrance, turns towards the camera and wishes the team good luck.
Pensions went across the internet prior to the beginning of the World Series, asking Major League Baseball to allow the actor to throw out the first pitch of Game 1. Sheen said he would be honored to do it, but the invitation went to former Indians player Kenny Lofton.
But the series isn’t over yet… we could still get a Vaughn appearance.
