Ned Stark warned us this day would come and now it is here!
The 7th season of Game of Thrones has just wrapped up- putting in motion all of the different plot lines and finally bringing them together. However, and with only 13-15 episodes left, you are going to have to wait longer than usual to find out what will befall Houses Lannister, Stark, and Targaryen.
After seasons of proclaiming “Winter is coming,” winter has finally come to the Seven Kingdoms and the show’s co-creator David Benioff is delaying filming, ” so we could get some grim, grey weather even in the sunnier places that we shoot.”
No premiere date has been set but it is anticipated to be summer or fall before Season 8 starts on HBO. Also with fewer than 20 episodes left, the last two seasons will also be shorter than the previous seasons, all of which had 10 episodes.
