If you’re a customer of Target’s pharmacy, you’ll soon be heading into a CVS Health pharmacy.
CVS Health Corporation announced on Monday that is has purchased and will run all of Target’s pharmacies and clinics for the pricetag of $1.9 billion.
With the buyout, CVS Health will rebrand more than 1,600 pharmacies and clinics around the country as CVS/Pharmacies and MinuteClinics.
CVS Health also plans to open 20 new clinics in existing Target stores.
The transaction is still pending and no reports on when the deal will be finalized.
