No Fare Fair

CONTEST/PRIZE DESCRIPTION: Mid-West Family Broadcasting (Long Nine, Inc.) d/b/a 98-7 WNNS in conjunction with Illinois State Fair is giving out a No Fare Fair Grand Prize Package to one person.  Additionally pairs of tickets will be given out to an assortment of grandstand concerts scheduled during the 2013 Illinois State Fair  

PRIZE DESCRIPTION:

• 1 Grand Prize Winner will win 4 mega passes to the 2013 Illinois State Fair, 4 tickets to each of the following shows: REO/Styx/Head East on Saturday August 10^th, John Mayer w/ Phillip Phillips on Sunday August 11^th , The Band Perry on Tuesday August 13^th , Toby Keith w/Kip Moore on Wednesday August 14^th , Ke$ha on Saturday August 17^th and Journey  w/Night Ranger on Sunday August 18^th .
• Pairs of tickets will also be given out based on the following No Fare Fair broadcast schedule (dates subject to change).  1 pair of tickets will be given at the conclusion of each broadcast

THE RULES:

• No purchase necessary.
• One entry per No Fare Fair broadcast location.  Duplicate entries from the same location will be discarded
• Entrants may submit entries at multiple locations
• All registration forms must be filled out completely.  Incomplete registration forms will be discarded
• Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or different shows/events. 
• Winner must be at least 18 years old
• Employees of participating companies and its properties, sponsors, vendors and any media company serving the Central Illinois area and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
• One pair of tickets will be awarded at the conclusion of each No Fare Fair Broadcast as described above through a random drawing.  Winner need not be present to win
• The names drawn at the individual No Fare Fair Broadcasts WILL BE RETURNED to the pool of eligible entries for the Grand Prize Drawing
• Grand Prize will be announced Monday July 30^th at approximately 7:10 on the 98-7 WNNS Morning Show
• Grand prize winner will be selected via random drawing of all eligible entries collected from all the previous No Fare Fair broadcasts

ELIGIBILITY:

• Must be a resident of Illinois.
• Must be at least 18 years of age as of April 16, 2012 to enter

DISCLAIMERS:

• All federal, state and/or local rules and regulations apply.  Void where prohibited by law.  Winners are responsible for any and all taxes associated with their acceptance of the prize, and will be required to sign a Release Form.  Once claimed, a prize cannot be revoked/returned by winner to avoid tax obligation.  Prizes are not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferable.  Mid-West Family Broadcasting reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like value for any prize, for any reason.  Allow 30 days for prize delivery.
• All contestants acknowledge, as a condition of entry, that Mid-West Family Broadcasting has a right to publicize, or broadcast the winner's name, character, likeness, voice or all matters incidental herein.
• Additions or deletions to these rules may be made at the discretion of Mid-West Family Broadcasting, and may be enacted at any time.
• Mid-West Family Broadcasting reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or terminate this contest should causes beyond the control of Mid-West Family Broadcasting corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest

• Midwest family is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technical difficulties.

• Mid-West Family Broadcasting is not responsible for (or changes to) the policy and procedures of the Illinois State Fair
• Mid-West Family Broadcasting is not responsible for concerts cancelled or postponed for any reason
• Mid-West Family Broadcasting assumes no responsibility for injuries, accidents or illnesses incurred as a result of this contest

DISQUALIFICATION:

• In the event that any winner fails to timely claim their prize(s) or fails to meet the eligibility requirements as set forth, at the discretion of Mid-West Family Broadcasting, an alternate winner may be selected.
• In the event that a Qualifier is named, and then later found to be ineligible due to age, place of employment, multiple entries, already a Qualifier, etc., that Qualifier status will be revoked and a new Qualifier will be named from a random drawing of the remaining eligible qualifiers.

ODDS OF WINNING:

• Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received for the contest.
